Tip Time Tuesday: Dining Reservation Information
This tip is short and sweet â when traveling through Disney, keep a copy of your dining reservations with you. Whether this is a print out that you put in a purse or a backpack or if it is a file that you store on your phone â make sure that you have that information with you!
Personally, I like to use Excel. I make a spreadsheet with the restaurant name and location, the date and time of the reservation, the confirmation number and any notes that I have on the reservation (special occasions, requests, etc.). It looks a lot like this:
Date | Restaurant | Restaurant Location | Time | Reservation Number | CC Guarantee? |
18-Nov |
Le Cellier | Epcot (Canada) |
11:35 |
111222333444 |
Yes – Visa |
19-Nov |
Liberty Tree | Magic Kingdom |
1:10 |
111222333444 |
|
20-Nov |
Ohana | Polynesian |
8:15 |
111222333444 |
Yes – Visa |
This little bit of information can help the Cast Member find or fix any problems with your reservation. It is also helpful in those rare occurrences when the computer reservation system is down.
And if you ever find yourself in the park but your reservation sheet is back at the hotel, just stop by the Guest Relations office in any of the parks and they can help you get the information you need!
